  2. Contract for exclusive representative buyer agent
  3. Counseling with agent client’s need and criteria
  4. Search Properties
  5. Showing
  6. Make offer with deposit($1000 to $5000)
  7. Counter offer from seller
  8. Agreed with price between seller and buyer
  9. Open escrow account
  10. Home inspection (If you are not satisfied with condition of the house, contract may be cancelled.)
  11. Additional deposit
  12. Disclosure statement from seller
  13. Condominium documents from seller (Survey and stake are needed only single homes from seller)
  14. Title search from seller
  15. Termite inspection (If you are not satisfied with condition of the house, contract may be cancelled.)
  16. Final walk through
  17. Final sign contract
  18. Recordation
  19. Move in!

    It takes 30 days to 45 days after accepting offer to close these process.
